Our drivers provide all customers with a range of payment options from cash to BACS and to qualify for a refund on cancellations; we urge that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice.
All pre-paid bookings cancelled within a minimum 24 hours before taxi was due to arrive may qualify for a full refund. For more information, please contact us.
